Are you feeling anxious about the current situation? Would you like to meet with others who maybe feeling the impact of Coronavirus and lockdown on their emotional well-being? Alvechurch and Beoley Stronger Together is a new group forming under the Alvechurch Cares umbrella. Its aim is to create a confidential, safe place to come and talk about what we’re going through, how we’re coping, have a giggle and share support within the group. We might also learn some techniques to cope with anxiety and learn how to relax.
